so requested the dealer to take more pics for the wheel wells and i don't think they took off the rubber moulding...what do you guys think?

That window frame is messed up I would be more concerned with that than the rust. You will want to address the wheel arch rust, the rest won't really cause an issue. From the pictures, especially that window frame, I question how well maintained that car was.

they didnt take pictures of the one place rust hides.. along the outter edge... that window frame looks real weird as well..

I am going to ask them to retake the pics for the wheel arch but not sure if they are willing to do it.

Regarding the window frame, would it be due to a bad wind shield replacement that was not properly done? Would it be pain in the butt to replace just the weather stripe? They told me it's not leaking.

The window frame is just black vinyl. It's very odd it's cracked. Maybe low miles but it looks like it sat outside all the time. I've never seen on in that condition before. The dealer should fix it.
