Go to the FOrced induction portion of the forum and read around. Tons of info there. Tons. Read around.

I have read quite a bit on S2KI and elsewhere, and have no specific equipment information to offer. However ...

It might be a good idea to consider how far you want to go and the overall cost to get there. I'll start a list, others with more knowledge will hopefully expand on it.

- exhaust system changes to add a turbo

- air intake system changes to add a turbo

- the turbo; sized for how much boost how early and how much maximum boost

- take care of the extra heat

- increase fuel injection capacity

- increase fuel supply capacity (edit: and additional pressure?)

- what fuel will you run?

- if still using pump gas, will you add meth/water injection?

- (edit, per WRKLS's list) any modification of head, internals, etc.? New head studs/gasket?

- tuning (edit: if your car won't accept tuning as it is, what system will you add so that tuning is possible?)

- monitoring of boost, air/fuel ratio, head and/or exhaust temps, etc.

- will you need engine torque to be limited while in lower gears, or will you also ...

- add/adapt a stronger transmission or stronger transmission internals

- add/adapt/modify a stronger drive axle, rear end differential, transaxle(s)

- depending on use, will you need to modify the suspension?

- upgrade the brakes?

Maybe you've already thought of all this, I'm not saying you haven't. Some here have spent one, two, three times as much modifiying thier cars as the car cost them in the first place.

all those are for sure things that need upgraded thanks for posting. ive had several turbo cars but they all came turbo from factory and a few i modded and spent well over what the car was worth wich happens very quick lol but i have no intentions of selling my S just want to enjoy some much needed boost but from what i have gathered here are things i plan to do

FUEL SYSTEM- walbro pump,-8an line to rail, larger injectors unsure of size and brand at this moment
ENGINE MANAGEMENT- aem stand alone
TURBO- pte5830 dual bb hta billit wheel(3076r)
MANIFOLD AND DOWNPIPE- rms fab custom mani and downpipe, not sure of location yet as in sidewinder style or not
INTERCOOLER- bar and plate PTE rated for around 500-600hp
WASTEGATE AND BOV- pte 46mm gate and tial 50mm bov
HEAD- arp head studs and triple layer head gasket

so far thats my start of the to buy list but i know i have to relocate oil filter so any good kits please make suggestions
also know i need to run oil line where i pull the oil source is still unknown and where they place oil return is unknown also vac source for the bov and gate is unknow so any help with that would also be great so far thanks for the responses!

Just buy a kit that is ready to go. I have learned over the years to not try and create kits myself. Yoy will need to do your clutch first.

I agree. If you want to build it figure out who your tuner will be and talk to them too. I don't know of any turbo cars in Ohio except for hardtop guy who had a Freddy kit at some point.

Also, you should consider a diff upgrade depending on what the power goals are.

I went Fi with and AFI kit. Very similar to full race. Live in northeast Ohio. Once you go FI you won't go back. Love every second of it. Exocet your gonna blow your rear end above 300-340whp. I'm at 425
