where to get wheels powdercoated?

Look at Wheel Medic. I've heard they're decent and have a good turn around time. I'm doing mine this summer and they're one of a couple I'm looking at. The others are in Toledo/Mich. area.

Wheel Medic should treat you right - I've had tires mounted there due to their low price, no BS, and general peace of mind knowing they wouldn't mess up my wheels. Also had a wheel repaired there with no issues.

Seems you already have the answers you're looking for, But i'll throw in my $0.02.
I had my calipers powder coated this winter at Performance Powder Coating (http://www.performancepowdercoatingohio.com/)
They do good work and were pretty cheap (under $200 for all four calipers + mounting hardware coated and media blasted).
Good luck with your wheels.
