Basically, on any setup that's XM Ready, you need a receiver box and an antenna. Being "ready" just means you don't need an FM modulator and that it actually interfaces with the HU.

I will have XM soon, if I can get myself committed to modding the stereo in the car.
I think all new Hondas come XM ready or with XM built into the stereo system. Honda motor bought heavy into XM around the time of its release.
