Our annual Toy Drive for Kids is coming up this coming Saturday! We'll gather at the Hard Rock Casino in the NE overflow parking lot at 9:11 and depart roughly at 10:30. Our drive will be along the Creek Turnpike to our dropoff host, Jackie Cooper Imports, where lunch will be served and a brief tech session on interior cleaning will be held following lunch.
IF the weather doesn't cooperate with us, please plan on arriving at Jackie Cooper in your "weather car or truck" at 11:00. Remember, new, unwrapped toys only!

The PCA/C&G Annual Toy Drive is still scheduled for this coming Saturday the 21st. The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Catoosa has agreed to let us meet in their parking lot again, we are using the same lot that we had for the Spring Drive 2013 so it should be a familiar spot for most of you. I am going to explain the day as if weather was NOT a concern, but chances are we will end up meeting at Jackie Cooper at 11am and skip the freezing rain for the meet and drive.

Meet at 9am or for us Porsche drivers, 9:11am
Drive will start at 10:30 from the Casino parking lot
Arrive at Jackie Cooper at 11 for drop-off, food and tech session


This satellite photo shows the parking lot in Green at the Casino, this is located in Catoosa at I44 and 193rd street if you have never been there. Head east on I44 and you can’t miss it.
The RED line is where we will stage to line up for the drive. I am working with Catoosa Police to escort us out of the parking lot and onto the highway as they did on the Spring Drive.
The YELLOW line is the route out of the parking lot and onto I44. From there we will turn south onto the Creek Turnpike and go around Broken Arrow to Jackie Cooper at 91st and Memorial.

Bring one or more unwrapped toys with you on Saturday, the Claremore Toys for Tots Collection office is in dire need of toys and will greatly appreciate anything we can help them with. Jackie Cooper has once again graciously provided the drop off point and food to fill our tummies as well as another tech session, this year interior detailing will be covered, like what length tongs should be used to pick up those fuzzy French fries from under the seat and other helpful tips!

The forecast for Saturday is mid to upper 30’s and 50% freezing rain/rain. We will keep a close eye on this and make a decision on Thursday if we are going through with the drive or just meet at Jackie Cooper at 11. Either way the event will happen so make plans to join us and have your toys ready.

I want to thank you all in advance for your participation, this is one of our signature events each year and we hope you enjoy coming as much as we enjoy seeing you all there. Keep your fingers crossed for decent weather and we will see you all on Saturday.

Hello Gang, let us all be thankful that you didn't have to hear me sing that just now, but the message is still the same, WE ARE ON FOR THE TOY DRIVE!

You have two choices:
1. Meet at The Hard Rock Casino in Catoosa before 10:30 (TRAIN LEAVES AT 10:30!) rain or shine to make the drive to Jackie Cooper by 11am. Steve said he would be there short of freezing rain to make the drive happen so anyone that is not worried about getting wet, lets meet up and drive. This will be a toll road so bring change or pike pass. Meeting in the overflow parking lot we used for the Spring Drive.

2. Meet at Jackie Cooper (93rd and Memorial) at 11am to drop off toys and participate in the tech session and food provided by JC. Either way the end result is still to provide kids in need with the toys to lift their spirits this holiday season.
