Default July 10th - Tygh Valley Drive

★★★Tygh Valley Drive - July 10th★★★

S2Ki Oregon - The fun starts here!
Join Us Saturday, July 10th for our 3rd official drive of the 2021 season!
Here is your chance to take part in some of the best back roads exploration the Cascades have to offer!

We will be starting our day in Clackamas, OR before departing into the trees around Mt Hood.
This trip will encompass just over 220 miles of fantastic tree covered twists and open road runs through majestic wheat fields in northern Central Oregon

Once we depart, we will be taking some of our well known side roads to work our way around the main drags out of Portland.

We will have a brief rest stop at Government Camp before taking on the next leg of our trip out towards Tygh Valley.

Our route will cut us through the rolling hills and extensive farmlands as we circle the long way back to Mt. Hood before retracing some of our steps.
Once we reconnect at Government Camp, the drive will officially end. From here, everyone is free to break and head towards home.

This should be a very fun drive. Hope to see all of you there!

Note:This is the Oregon S2000 Owners Forum. As such, our drives are exclusively for S2000's and their owners in Oregon and S.W. Washington.

Our drives are not open to the general public, which includes those who used to own an S2000, hope to own one, those with similar cars, or those who think the drive we've put together sounds fun and would like to tag along, etc.

We are not trying to be snobby here, but are trying to clarify what we are about – The fun and adventure of Honda S2000 & NSX ownership.

I'll be at Laguna Seca that day watching motorcycles race around one of my all time favorite tracks. This is going to be a very busy summer, jam packed with all the things we'd normally do plus all the things we missed out on last year. I'm thinking (as I often do) that I need to clone myself and my car so I don't have to make these choices.

Sorry I can't join you, but I know you'll have a great time!

Can't wait to get out on the open road again. Hopefully the state will not be fully engulfed in flames! See you all out there!

What's the rough timing for being back to Government Camp? Trying to coordinate with my Wife and kiddo coverage.

It depends on how you want to handle the return. If you skip lunch and take 84 back you could be home by 1.

There are additional opportunities to shorten the route if you only want to partake in the morning portion.

I don't have exact timings yet but expect the govt camp return to be around 3pm

Ok, and what it is the departure time from Clackamas, 8am? I'll see if I can get an all day pass .
