Hi Ken, thanks for your position/response...I am relatively new to OR and S2000's and now very new to retirement (5 weeks)...I have done 50 years with Jaguar and Land Rover...the franchise network gets a 'sometimes' deservedly bad rap...I have come across some unscrupulous retailer staff and management in the US (and the UK) but have mostly found them to stand by their work/promise...and always meeting the customers unreasonable expectations?...sometimes not...most customers do not appreciate the heavy investment that the manufacturers expect them to keep up to in their customer facing areas, AND then still make money (it helps them to satisfy their customers)...the retailers have to continue to entice new and repeat customers to buy the new and pre-owned cars with ever decreasing margins...
,,,anyway, that's enough from me on my soap box but I will be a willing customer as I am not a likely candidate to do too much work myself for my great ride...:-)...I am capable but would rather reserve my time for other ventures (as soon as I can think of something to do...:-)
I will check in with you at the store with my current 'needs/wants' list...perhaps we can report out to the rest of the S2000 owners on how it all works out...cheers for now...Ian...(Harmsy)

Ian,
I sent a PM to you. I'm unfortunately unable to help you as I'm no longer working at Acura. My mother's health is not good and I'm working from home now.
I recommend you ask for James. His Master Technician, Chris, is excellent and works on NSX's and S2000's. He's known to a few of us and is a very good friend of mine.
