New S2000 Owner in Corvallis
VintageMac suggested I make an introduction post, so here goes!
I've now owned my new to me 2001 for a little over two weeks. It was listed on Craigslist in Medford. Two owner car, 2nd owner purchased CPO from Lithia and drove it less than 4k miles in the past two years. The car only has 35k miles on it! The car doesn't really need much of anything except a thorough detailing, a few nicks on the hardtop touched up, and full fluids change (underway).
Ever since I graduated in 2000, I've wanted an S2000. When I got my first job at HP, I went straight down to the dealer for the brochure, which I had tacked to the wall of my cubicle as motivation. But then I changed jobs, bought a house, and had a few other cars cross my path before S2000 ownership. Most notable previous rides included a new 2002 VW GTi 337 and a 95 BMW M3.
Here are some pics from recent drives in the area and a crappy auto-x run at the recent EESCC Test and Tune event:

I've started a blog (that needs attention) for the car at http://thes2000blog.com
Looking forward to meeting up for some of your drives, and if you're in the Corvallis area, we should hit some back roads -- I know them all!

And Dan, again, welcome!!
