Default Starting problem

I took Dean's advice and had Paul at Salem Honda look at my starting issue yesterday. Got the call today from service manager Robert that my suspicions were correct, and it is, indeed, the starter. It has to be overnighted and I'll pick up my car Friday. It certainly is odd that the techs here in Portland could not diagnose the problem, even after listening to the telltale sound of a bad starter. Thanks to everyone for chiming in on this.

Paul is great at what he does, but I agree, that's not something that should be that difficult for a dealership to diagnose.
