I am ... but, my life has been a bit busy. Sorry I haven't been around much. I decided to buy another house (moved 5 times in 6yrs ... done with that), commuted over an hour (one way) for work for 4 years, settled down and FINALLY married Christina (Willie Gee even showed up ), purchased another Honda (still have the S2000 though), and decided to spend more of my weekends on the water (purchased a truck and new boat.) I am now working just 10min from my home and the job is so much better (cha-ching is considerably better too.)
My S2000 is at my friends shop and the tear-down process has begun. Mostly cosmetic right now with pulling the interior out (seats and back panels), trunk interior, and checking all of the hoses and connectors for any wear or issues (found one wired chewed through by a mouse ) Doing a compression check and full service on the head this weekend and will also start replacing the suspension (new springs and shocks.) After the mechanical is sorted we'll pull off the bumpers, mirrors, and convertible top and prep for paint. Hopefully it'll all be done and back on the road before Halloween. So ... life will be better after that ... I know it
But, even with all that ... I'm still a long way away from the bliss Willie Gee is experiencing ... so, I'm still struggling to keep up with the "Gallaghers"
I'm glad there's a new CO and hopefully the community is still enjoying the opportunities to drive the S and meet others who crave the same experiences this vehicle tends to create.
I hope to make a full tour of Florida with the S to reconnect with you guys
