So I've been hunting for an s2k for a while. I can only afford about 10k after graduating school. So far I've gotten an offer for ptdano's which isn't structurally tested yet so not road legal?! and another sk2i member. I've also found a good 2000 with only 80kkm but it is about $13.5k. Just wondering if there are any other sellers out there?

13.5K for the 2000 is a decent price.

10K won't get you much, save up as you don't want to be car shopping twice. Once when you get a shitty beatup, rebuilt, headache s2000 (plus tax), then have enough money to buy something better (plus tax) and have the same headache trying to sell your POS s2000.

 

 

I think I'll end up getting this one after a few more paychecks if this one is hopefully still available.

Anyone have tips on buying from quebec and living in Ottawa? Should I get them to do the e-test and safety first so I can directly plate it? or should I go with them to saaq to get temp plates and then do the tests myself?

 

Oh also, my friend said, some girl that he knows, said that her boyfriend might sell their s2k. They go to Uottawa ... and found out its an AP2 with 90kkm. Probably out of my price range.

I am just trying to get this as my graduation/got a job/moved out present

 

the $13900 baby blue car is a quebec rebuilt vga... so I would have to get it structurally passed in ontario

 

Pretty sure that Suzuka blue was a flood vehicle from the states.. and iirc the AC doesnt work.

It seems to be an Ap2 with 90kkm so I would guess minimum 18k which is kind of out of my range.

So the only listed one for sale in the area is that red one 1 hour into quebec.

edit: I thought this was Oyagi's. Didn't realize his ended up in Edmonton. So this one has been registered in Ottawa since late 2009, and the owner said it was driven in winter.
