We are excited to introduce our offical T1R Specials for Spring 2009 as this is the perfect way to start off the season.
63 Single Version 2.0 Exhaust System
The T1R Power Exhaust System is a complete, high-flowing 63mm cat-back exhaust designed for optimal performance. The Power Exhaust features 63mm diameter piping with 1.2mm pipe thickness. This provides an extremely high exhaust flow rate for maximum power gain. The T1R Power Exhaust System is made from SUS304 aircraft stainless steel for extra strength, durability, and resistance against corrosion. The Power Exhaust also features a specially heat treated titanium exhaust tip for a distintictive appearance.

Highly tuned dual exhaust for maximum power maining low sound decibles and high quality sound. The Sparrow exhaust offers maximum torque for acceleration during mid-rpm ranges.

70R Sparrow Version 2.0 Exhaust System
The Flagship model of the T1R 70mm dual exhaust for the S2000. Ultra high flow designed with silent performance. Tuned deep throaty tone with close to zero droning.

70R EM Exhaust System (Stainless)
Special designed resonator with new high flow muffler were used for high quality exhaust sound exhaust tone and meets sound regulations or bylaws for street and tracks. This version comes in stainless tip. **Note Titanium version is shown in picture**

60RT Titanium Exhaust System
After many years of development in exhaust systems for S2000. We offer a special 60mm pipe exhaust in full titanium. The 60RT produces less sound (comparing to 70RT) to fit under regulation for some race tracks in North America. The entire exhaust weighs less than 8 lbs (3.65kg). Comes with mechanical T1R O2 Fix to eliminate CEL (Check Engine Light). Recommended for RACE use ONLY.

Special 4-2-1 equal length design to optimize maximum power and torque to full rpm ranges. 48mm primaries, 55mm secondaries connects to 65mm collector to ensure maximum exhaust flow for F20C and F22C engines. For maxiumum exhaust flow and power gain, the stock catalytic converter must be replaced with a free flowing test pipe. T1R offers the Racing Converter, a high flowing resonated test pipe, for this purpose only. It is a fully plug and play unit; it is a direct fit replacement and comes with all the necessary sensor holes and T1R O2 Fix Version 2.0.

Ignition Bridge
"The direct ignition bridge" is a new tuning device that lets you pull out the full potential of the factory direct ignition system by directing all of weak negative electric current to the coil and improves the cars power, torque and fuel economy.

Earthing System
The T1R Earthing System provides valuable grounding for your vehicle's electrical system. This 4 point grounding system substantially reduces electrical noise in your vehicle, which can intefere with the performance of components such as the ignition, distributor, etc.

Bumpsteer Kit (Front)
Do you ever notice how your wheel tugs when driving over un-even roads at high speeds on a lowered S2000? The angle on the steering tie rod has changed due to the lower ride height from coilovers or lowering springs..etc. The factory has designed the steering system to be optimized at the stock height. It takes very little angle in the wheel to make the car steer. The T1R bumpsteer kit returns the steering tie rod to the more optimal and to create stock-like suspension angle.

Made out of premium quality silicon rubber to enhance appearance and longivity. Superb integrity and superior performance reduces the risk of component failure and enables higher temperatures and pressures to be maintained with complete confidence.

Drive Pulley Set
Made out of CNC machined forged aluminum. 40% lighter over stock drive pulleys. Reduces stress from drive components, improves engine response and acceleration.

Crank Pulley
The T1R CNC machined from premium Forged T7075 aluminum billet, and maintains the stock diameter while losing about 30% of the stock weight. At just 30%, the engine response and acceleration will greatly improved. Since the T1R aluminum pulley maintained stock diameter so it does not affect reliability and does not contribute to increased wear, vibration or noise.

Drive Shaft Spacer (Race Version)
When lowering a S2000 , its driveshaft angle will definitely need re-adjustments due to the modifications applied. With the installation of T1R Half shaft spacers, it will prevent the driveshaft from losing its regular position and it is highly recommended for any lowered S2000.
Made out of CNC machined Forged Aluminum for strength and durability. Comes with HIGH-TENSION STEEL bolts and nuts. Special innovative design for easy installation unlike other brands that required to remove the entire driveshaft.

CNC forged Aluminum twinblock brake calipers with staggered pistons (38.1/41.3mm) to improve initial, controllability and hard braking at all speeds.
Heat treated steel angle slotted rotors with durAluminum hub (floating disc design) are used for excellent heat dissipation and extreme durability while keeping weight down as much as possible. Comes with a special street compound (low dust) brake pads for performance from street to track. (Purple caliper and hub) **Minimum 17" wheels**
