Jeff, I put revalved Konis in my car last winter, but only did my first autocross this year in my car last weekend. And loved it. So I'm enthusiastic about this silly activity again. When will we see you out there?

I've been out a couple times this year with the *cough* Porsche club.

I think the S2000 is a better auto-x car.

This was the first time I could drive the S2000 hard, with confidence. David co-drove, and liked the car for the first time ever (and kicked my butt, along with almost everyone else); we're doing both events in Packwood this weekend in my car, rather than his RX-8.

Real racing re-commences the following weekend, so I don't know when I'll have a chance to be out autocrossing again after this weekend, but it was nice to have a stable S2000.

I'm not sure I know what a stable S2000 is!

David is getting to be much too quick.

I'm predicting a coming era of "peak cone". Once we start running out of traffic cones,supply and demand is going to just keep raising the prices on autocross. Best do it now, while it's still cheap.
