Update:
Meet up at Ashway Park and Ride at 7:00, rollout 7:30.

Arrive at Sunset Square Safeway at 9:00 and wait for the Canadian group. This is a good time to gas up and grab some coffee.

We will break up everyone into groups of 7-10 folks and give about a 10-15 min gap.

Goal is to have first run group leave at around 9:30.

As of today, Artist point is still closed so we will all meet at Mt Baker ski area at the end.

The Ohio participant will meet up with all of you at the Safeway at 9:00. I should be in Mt Vernon by nightfall on Friday.

Not seeing a lot of traffic on this event. Is this being discussed elsewhere? Plans are still in place to meet you all at the Safeway in Bellingham,at 9:00.

I plan on going to this event. I've been an S2K owner for 5 years (first a 2006 and now a 2008, always NFR). I actually rent my S2K out on Turo in Seattle. https://turo.com/rentals/cars/wa/sea...a-s2000/400063

We are trying to get some fund flowing for the carne asada for some food at the top. PayPal me @ s.ros1979@yahoo.com going to get like 10 pounds of meat and tortillas plus charcoal and grille. I need this by end of Thursday so I can pick up the meat by Friday for our drive on Saturday. I posted this up on the FB page also and only have gotten a few response. If anyone wants to do this we can make it happen or else we can wait till after the drive to eat again.

Its a nice idea, but realistically buns and hot dogs are cheaper and easier for those that have a hard time committing to funding a carne asada campaign. If someone brings a grill, people can bring their own pack of dogs and buns maybe? Besides, I rather liked the place in Bellingham we went to after for lunch and beer last year. Was really nice to kick back out of the sun and bs over food and drinks about the day. I figured we would be doing that again? Not sure how it worked out last time, but they were able to accommodate about 20 of us in the back. Did someone make reservations or were we just winging it? What's the name of the place?
