Anyone try touch-up paint?
So I was thinking of getting a clear bra put on my bumper, hood, and fenders. I have a few tiny rock chips already and want to try and "fix" them before putting a clear bra on. Has anyone had any luck using the touch-up paint sold by Honda? If so, any tips and tricks would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you are putting a clear bra on, I would recommend they just repaint the whole bumper. I've used touch up paint on spots and they turn out pretty good, just might look more obvious with a clear material over top. I'm not sure though.

Touch up paint works fine. Protects from rust. Isn't incredibly obvious from a distance. But it is certainly not the same as getting the paint professionally resprayed.
Keep in mind that if you do put any paint on the car (touch up or otherwise), it needs to be fully cured before you slap an adhesive film over it.

If you can stand the work that goes into it, touch up paint can save you from having to do a repaint...and still look great. Here's a thread that is over in the wash and wax section.
