I don't think so. The paypal / ebay claim is almost done (escalated and approved), waiting for the refund once the items have been delivered, will share the information once done.

He was selling the OEM AP1 knob, turn signals and H badges on Craigslist.

Yep CL can be more then risky, and with the advent of facebook its removed some level of accountability we share here in our local forum which sucks too. I always try and find what you need here first and branch out from there. Even Ebay is a better avenue, with at least some measure of reputation and recourse in place. Sounds like you may be getting some favorable resolve though so your lucky.

It's tough as the classifieds here have died down a lot - we'd probably see the traffic increase if they removed the membership fee to pay for classifieds.

In this instance Paypal and Ebay found in my favor and obtained the funds back. Did some digging on the seller and he was scamming people in gaming forums also so wouldn't be surprised to see him banned on paypal soon (used it as part of my case).
