do you guys wave to other s2k owners?
 

Well today was another awesome day weatherwise until night time hit then it started raining. Had my top down after work and was cruising home. I hit the South Tacoma way/512 I-5 exit and was in the middle of the intersection and luck would have it I was the first car at the red light.

Suddenly I saw another black s2k!! I never see them down here and I got excited to finally see another s2k and he was right next to me in the opposite direction but going towards the freeway. I was about to wave hi but I noticed as he was in front of me he didn't look, eye contact or anything. He just cruised off. I was going to honk but I guess he didn't care about another s2k :p

Anytime I see an s2k I give a thumbs up or a wave and a honk :) Its so rare to see them down here in the south sound.

I mean I once saw a broke down s2k on my way back from the gym (clutch and tranny went out and was on a tow truck) I turned around and pulled over, chatted with the driver. I'm crazy like that I guess :p

The driver was an asian male in his 30s and the s2k looked totally stock and the top was up to!! I'm sure that s2k get no love :(


off topic but I have been noticing ALOT of 350zs in my area. Must be a popular car down here.

I think the 350z is more popular in general. I do wave to other owners if I see that they also notice me.

I wave to other S owners if it's someone I know...I'll occasionally talk to people at gas stations n such about the car if they're friendly

I almost always wave or give a high-beam flash. :hello: :thumbup:

im still getting used to it..when i see ludes im ready to give the wave but ill have to start workin on the S2k haha

I usually wave at others in S2000's and typically get a good response, however in Seattle I usually get a stuck up reaction.

i don't pull the "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" wave, but more or less the one hand thrown up for a quick sec. KIT - keep it simple
