Grand Prix White S2000 for sale
Considering these are rare in the NW, I'd thought I'd mention I'm selling my 2001 GWP S2000 in Portland OR.
|
....... they are "rare" for a reason. ;)
|
Ben single-handedly took care of that!
|
GPW is a sweet color but you got pwn3d :p
|
I guess I don't get it and I don't see why I got "owned"? IMO and many others, GWP with Red interior is the nicest color combo ever made for the S2K.
|
We're just joking :D because you said it was rare in the NW
While rare is nice thats not why most of us bought an S2000. |
It's not like the factory had a limited run of white or ran out of white paint.
Back in the day (while on the waiting list) we all ordered whatever color combo we wanted, if GPW is/was the ultimate shiz there'd be a hell of alot more of them ......... the fact that they are indeed "rare" just means they ain't the shiz and nobody wanted them that color, know what I mean? They weren't in high demand then, they aren't in high demand now (unless white ones total themselves out easier than the other colors..... Ben?). |
Then why for the last 4 months do I have the only white s2000 in the NW for sale?
|
OK, who borrowed my clue-by-four?

I like white with red interior. Maybe I'll go for white when I trade in my car for a newer one.

with the right buyer, they're rare...otherwise you're gonna get a response like "didn't they stop making color combos like that in the 80's". If you're serious about selling, put your car up on autotrader with all the details, and post the link in this thread.

...cause it's not a very popular color jack a$$ (given the chance, nobody ordered it in the first place ..... get it, get it?) you're trying to sell it, no body wants it .. get it, get it? RARE doesn't always equal GOOD, mostly in history it is associated with DUD, jack a$$ :p |

now now people... calm down.
GPW w/ Red interior *is* the best combo ever - anyone who says otherwise is just kidding themselves. :D and while I can see that not-many-GPWs = not-a-popular-color, there is a certain allure to it now that you just don't see many of them. add to that the fact that Honda stopped making the white/red combo, and you have a car that is very unique among the S2000 crowd. Not necessarily popular, but definately unique and visible. Swift, how much you selling for? Give me some details. I have a friend who might be looking to get one. -Joe |
