Labor Day Weekend S2K Trip: Portland!
We(Jason, Matt, and Manish) are planning a trip down to Oregon this coming weekend and are inviting anyone that might like to come tour some of sights, sounds, and breweries/wineries down in the Portland, Oregon area.
We are planning on leaving September 2 at 8am.
We will be meeting at the old Billy Mchales in Factoria Square.
We will most probably stay for 2 nights Saturday and Sunday

BJ's is always a good place to go. Get yourself a growler.
The Widmer Brewery is fun to go to. I worked for Budweiser for 8 years, who is partial owners of Widmer. I've been in there a few times. They have some interesting brews there. There is one that is made in a whisky barrel. Leaves a very strong whisky aftertaste. The Berewry tours are free and on Saturdays run at 11am and noon. You also have to make reservations. Then you can go eat lunch at the Gasthaus Pub.
If I think of anything else, i'll post up for you guys.

Saturday
Is really up to you guys.
I have good price on the downtown hilton $119 ish per night
If you guys want you can also split rooms? If you want to stay at McMenimins Grand Lodge we can do that too. It's really up to you but we should get the hotel reservations down soon
Sunday
Rogue Brewery has 2 rooms for us
Look like Jason and Manish will have to share a room though (If this is not ok please PM me and I'll see if I can find other accomidations)
They only have 2 rooms available, one has a queen the other has 2 beds and a fold out.
I reserved both under my name and credit card for now.
We'll be doing a drive down the coast of Oregon down to the rogue some time during the Sunday, I'm still mapping out routes for us to take
