Well thanks for the props, they are getting a little used after 7 or so years of people stepping on them getting in an out of the car, I should pull them off and message them a bit, but I amazed how well power coated aluminum does hold up.

Id make you some, but I forgot how and then I burned my blueprint

Just buy something like this. F43164 6061 Aluminum Flat 3/16 X 4 12 foot. That should be more than enough to make both sides. Take to powder coaters or use high heat paint.
