First off, it was really great to finally meet some of you during my 2 week vacation in Seattle. Jerry, Lig, Brant, you guys are fun and crazy, thanks for hanging out with me.
I may be moving to Seattle sooner than expected. I'm house sitting for a buddy here in Austin, and he finally found a buyer, but they want to move in on July 1st. I was planning to move up to Seattle on the first week of August, but since I dont want to move to another apartment in Austin, I'm putting in my 2-3 week notice here at work, and moving up a few weeks sooner. I actually found a cheap place to live w/ a friends friend.
But I have no job lined up in Seattle
If anyone knows of a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering job in the Seattle area, please let me know.
I have been working in Motorola Semiconductor the last 3.5 years as a Process/Quality/Test Engineer.
Any leads would be much appreciated!! Can't wait to move up there, you guys have a great group of owners. Your "Taco Tuesdays" have more people attend than all the other S2000 events I've ever been to in Austin.
See you soon.

I just met someone recently who works as an equipment manager for a semiconductor company. If I see this person again next Monday I'll find out more for ya.
By the way, this is Ananda, I met you at Taco Tuesday with your girfriend.

Hi Ananda, yes I do remember you and your girl friend.
Thanks for the help!!
Most of my experience is actually w/ semiconductor tools. Let me know if he wants my resume.
I put in my resignation today. My boss was pretty surprised, but at least I wont burn any bridges on my way out.

Hi...
I work for an staffing agency who places engineers in temporary and direct positions. If you'd like to send your resume, I could keep you in mind. harrisonv@superior-sdc.com.

Thanks for trying though!
Guess I'll be up sooner than I thought. I maybe in Seattle after the 4th of July weekend.
My job hunt has slowed due to all the rushing around with the move.
