Drove by the aftermath of this tragic accident. Saddened to read in the news this evening that the victim in the BMW was an innocent driver and passed away :(

Sad to hear and 100% needless. I hope the SUV driver at fault gets the max punishment.

Mountlake Terrace Man Charged in Road Rage Fatality; Bail Now $1 Million



Rexroat’s bail was also increased from $50,000 to $1 million, and he has been re-arrested and booked back into the King County Jail.
