Just wondering if people have any flashes that they use..

Might look into getting one but again find it a bit of a mine field

I owned a Canon 430 EX II for a while. Solid flash but i was CONSTANTLY putting in fresh batteries. As of right now I don't own a flash since i prefer shooting mostly night shots.

I had the ex 430 ii as well. Used nimh 2600 gp batteries. On ettl indoor (shooting parties) ii could easily shoot 200+ shots with that one. If you are using it at 1/8th power or higher for shooting studio work, then they die really quick!

I use 3 Canon 430 EX II. Awesome Speed light with fast refresh.
