deleted.. just opened this post on my calibrated home pc and wow.. what a mess!! I'll try again on this pc later. amazing how off my work monitors are! :thumbdn:

How's this? Used two RAW settings, one exposed for you, one for the background. Combined using a mask. Color corrected background using curves layer. Pulled the foreground out in a smart layer where I could do some noise reduction. There's still lots of noise, but it's better especially at this size.

I hate to say it, but quality-wise it was a terrible shot. It would take extensive work to get it to a point that may be good enough for printing, but I think the easier thing is for you and the woman to get back into the formal wear and pose again :p :LOL:

nice work.. i agree, I should have brought a flash with me and not depend on the lens. Another hard lesson learned.
