[QUOTE=hyb,Jul 9 2007, 06:03 PM] I would seriously recommend buying from Digital Rev in Hong Kong. I've bought 4 DSLR's from there with superb service. My last order was a 70-200mm f2.8 lense..Ordered Saturday and it was here Tuesday morning, saved over

Got a Canon 28~80 and a Sigma 70~210.
With the 1.6 x mag effect that'll mean I have a good short to mid lense in the pack and a mid to long lense in my existing sigma i guess.

I don't see what the big deal with the FPS is. Most won't even use the FPS once they get their timing and skill improved. Going into machine gun mode results in more photos to sort thru at the end of the day. There are a few instances where a good burst is worth it, but 99% of the time, one shot bursts do just fine. Otherwise, you get a bunch of shots that all look the same.
The 2nd wheel, larger viewfinder, 1/3rd ISO adjustments, and magensium body on the 30 make it an easy choice for me if I ever had to choose between the two bodies. The 400D doesn't really have much going for it other than 2 extra MP, which isn't a huge factor for most unless they tend to crop excessively.

Guessing the main reason for magnesiom body is strength?
