Can anyone recommend a site that might be free rather than signing up or having to pay?

This is very late but I came across this thread upon browsing... I use Adobe DNG Converter to convert my RAW or CR2 files to DNG (DNG is generally read by Photoshop), then from there on I make my adjustments, then save it as JPG, PNG, whichever is desired.
