Default Official S2ki Photography Books

After reading a few good books on photography, and a few more on the way, I would love to hear what good books are out there for us to read and get better in ALL aspects of photography. Please list the title AND author so we can find them easier. GO!

I only have these two photography books. I'll list the Photoshop books if requested otherwise it would take too long.

Light: Science and Magic: An Introduction to Photographic Lighting by Fil Hunter, Steven Biver, and Paul Fuqua.
Digital Wedding Photography: Capturing Beautiful Memories by Glen Johnson

Yes, I second this question. I'm getting into studio photgraphy and I'm curious if they are worth the money

The Skin book is definitely worth it if you do (or are planning to do) portraits and want to make your subjects look their best.

The lighting book has some excellent real-world examples and the thought processes behind them, but isn't exactly the most complete tutorial on lighting patterns. Might not be a great book to start with.

eta: When I get home, I'll look through my collection and add to what I've already listed. I should be able to find some books that might be better for those just starting out...

Hmmm. Seems some of the books I have are no longer in print.

Here are a few that are:

Master Lighting Guide for Portrait Photographers by Chrisopher Grey

Pretty much anything by John Shaw if you like Nature Photography, but here are a few examples:

John Shaw's Nature Photography Field Guide

John Shaw's Business of Nature Photography

John Shaw's Focus on Nature: The Creative Process Behind Making Great Photographs in the Field

And if you're thinking (or already are trying) to do this professionally:

The Real Business of Photography by Richard Weisqrau

ASMP Professional Business Practices in Photography

Pricing Photography: The Complete Guide to Assignment & Stock Prices by Michal Heron and David MacTavish

And I've already listed the John Shaw nature photography business book above and I highly recommend the John Harrington "Best Business Practices" book a few posts above.
