If the price is good, it's as good as anything to get into MF. But something like a Rolliflex (or any other TLR) or any of the billions of 120 folders would work as well for getting started. A Fuji 645 rangefinder is a great choice as well. That Bronica is a bit of a cannon for taking pictures, turning a snapshot into a whole production. It's a lot bigger in person than it appears in pictures, so if you haven't handled one, you might want to before making a decision.

Starting out in MF with that is like "getting into driving" with a Mack truck. Definitely capable, but overkill for most usage.

I've gotten a few chances to shoot with my grandpa's old Bronica SQ 6x6, an older model than the ETRS. Lots of fun, no metering prism or anything on the one I use.
