Nice!! Pretty much the only aftermarket front bumper I'd want personally.. And I'm still thinking about it

How low does it come down at the front vs. OEM AP1 /w lip? Wondering if it'll make my excessive scraping even worse.

It is about the same as the AP1+lip in terms of distance to the ground.
The designers had clearance in mind when it was penned I guess.

Yes, it is fiberglass. That is really the only bad part really. Fitment is good.

Keeping the amber lights. Taking the bumper off to replace the headlights will be a pain so I wouldn't bother. You need to yank on it to get it off so risk breaking the bumper.
