Another Win for Calgary btw I'm not from Calgary, I'm from Toronto. Kipper is way better then Luongo. No more trash talking We'll see who's making it to the play off.
BTW didn't the flames put of Vancover in Game 7 in 2004?

Yeah they sure did... bastard
That's what I meant by getting on a roll though. Van finished 1st that year, Calgary finished 8th. When they beat Van it was Game 7 in Overtime... they were that close to going out in round 1. After that, they get fed off the crowd, and ran on momentum all the way to Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final.

No No No.

Vancouver was the 3rd seed and Calgary was the 6th seed. Canuckleheads finished 7pts ahead of the Western Conference Champs that year. 101 vs 94
You guys were lucky to even get it into OT anyway.

Iggy misses empty net, fan throw a shirt on the ice, ref goes and picks it up and misses Iggy getting slashed and tripping over his own stick trying to get back into the play.

Word. That non-call was BS. Shouldn't have even went to OT.

Vancouver needs more talent than just the Sedin sisters.

Brain fart on my part.
I knew the Canucks finished first... I was thinking it was in the Conference, but it was in the Division.

For what it's worth... if Iginla has stuck with the play, instead of trying to play up his own self tripping into a penalty, maybe the 'Nucks wouldn't have scored. But really now... what ref in their right might would ever call a penalty on such a questionable incident, with 10 seconds remaining in a playoff game. None!! So why bother trying to play it up in the first place.

In today's NHL that would have been called... and even in the old NHL that was clearly a penalty.
