Just back last night, incredible trip... Shanghai is the craziest city I have been to, loved it.

A few teasers, more to follow.

Maglev from airport to downtown, prior to subway out to track. Qualy sucked due to driving rain, but it was fun to see them in the wet. Race day was PACKED... seriously PACKED. Food sucked at the track, but the hospitality/fun zone was great when it wasnt raining, decent food options, decent beer garden.

Race was, well, boring, but the experience was fun as always. There was a definite sense that if they can hold on a few more years, the Chinese will be big F1 fans.

Just back... Incredible weekend until this tragedy. Suzuka does everything so well.

That said, should have started earlier given the typhoon... it pissed on us and the safety cars were even having issues.

Truly hope he recovers, but it looked bad.

The crowd went so silent and a very somber walkout to say the least... wow
