Default import adrenelin is whack

hey guys... just want to let u know about my experience...
i dealt with jason at import adrenelin once with a good experience... then a second to get a rear and didnt get what i wanted.... then since he messed up he was giving me a crazy deal on my hood! so i was extremly happy.... this was like 2 months ago! ive been waiting for it since...
well a month ago it was supposse to come in... but he wouldnt call me to let me know.. then he said it was damaged in shipping (which im not to sure if it did) so he said i will order u another one and it will be in friday or monday... so wait till monday... with no phone call... i call him... numerous times a day for the next week with no answer... then onoe day he phones me and says sorry and say it is on its way right now something wrong with shipping... so i wait till the end of the day with no phone call... then i phone him again... surprise no answer again.... 3 days later he phones me ... same story its on its way now so u can pick it up today... call him again... no answer... so 3 days later... phone no answer... so for last 2 weeks i have been phoning him with no answer ... emailing him with no answer... so i say **** it!!!
i go to custom auto to order the hood... a few hundred more but it was worth it cause of all the trouble with jason

so i get there to order it... and the guys at custom auto are on msn and then what do u know... jason at import adrenelin pops up online.... what a ****er... sooo shady... hiding and dodging call/emails

import adrenelin is whack, most unprofessional company ever... which company does not answer their phones for weeks

but thankfully custom auto which i have dealth with alot hooked me up... and i got the hood in one day

dont deal with jason!

If he can't explain himself adequately, we (the COs) will not allow him to sell anything here anymore (either personally or for someone else, which he is doing right now in another thread).

That is why I deal with no one but Tunerworks. They are professional.

Reasonably, anyway.

I still haven't done business with any import shop that actually impressed me. Tunerworks is the best of the business tho, but I don't know if that's a compliment.

But I guess I'm critical since I'm in retail myself.

edit - honourable mention goes to AJ Racing. I've had success with them, but I've only ordered small items from them, so I can't say a whole lot about them yet.

I've ordered big items from Tunerworks, AJ and BoomPlusToys. I've had no problems with any of these. It's nice to have all 3 to do comparison shopping. These are all professionals and also have "store fronts".

I have asked Jason to read this thread. Whether or not he chooses to respond is up to him. However, lacking any satisfactory explanation will result in him never again being allowed to sell something here. As a guest, he can't sell outside of P.R. anyway, but this will be extended to here as well should it become evident that his business practices are lacking. Until there is reasonable explanation, even "membership" will NOT have its privileges here.
I will not permit anyone in this forum to conduct selling (privately) who has shown himself to be less than forthcoming. We already have rules about commercial selling by non-sponsors.
