Are there Calgary meet ups?
Hey all,
Bought my S back in June and have been loving it. Just got back from house boating in the Shuswap and coming back through Fernie. What a drive!
Anyway, just wondering if there are any meetups Calgary S owners take part in? I didn't get to partake in any on the Subaru board before selling my WRX so wouldn't mind getting involved before I have to put the S away.

I don't think anyone off here meets up to my knowledge, if you're familiar with the local calgary forum "beyond" then there's 2 meets that take place on Wednesday's. One at Chinook which is somewhat known as the beyond meet although I hear it's filling up with more meathead teens as of late, then there's the meet at Grey eagle casino which is a wide variety of cars but an older crowd. Outside of this, not too sure as I live in Red Deer.

There's some of us who meet at the Dalhousie Station Chapter's Starbucks - unofficial ... some own S2k's, some are former owners etc. Saturday mornings 10 am ....
Also at the SASC and CSCC autoslaloms there are a number of S2k's that show up regularly ... The S2000 is a popular autox car.

He has worked on the majority of the S2k's in that picture. He also built himself a turbo NSX so he's very familiar with Hondas.

Also need some new wheels and tires. Going to give Urban X a call, any other places I should call? I was hoping to save some cash and find used but it's slim picking to find something with the proper specs. Thinking of gold RPF1's, I like the idea of low weight.
