I have a Snap-Off quick release FS. The is the thinnest quick release on the market. It is barely over 1". I used this on my track car for a few years. I just replaced this with another QR that operates with a single hand. So there is now no longer needed.
This set has two steering wheels halfs and one car half. I used this to swap between my good wheel for the track, and a cheap "shop" wheel.
