Question Any success out there fitting/installing aftermarket lips?

Couldn't find a related thread out there, let me know if there is.

Has anyone had any noteworthy success with these aftermarket pieces? If so, is there a particular brand that has worked the best? Any tips on the install? Don't bother? LoL!
Insight and suggestions are appreciated! I would love to see pictures too if you have any. This would be for an 07' GPW. Thanks in advance!

There are a few options out there but the most popular is the BaysonR OEM style lip if you want an original appearance. You can also look at an APR or Mugen but they are not OEM style.

Here is a picture of a BaysonR on my 2006 for reference. Good luck in your decision.

Nice, thanks for the advice Hfreak. I'm going for OEM style. The BaysonR has the look I'm going for. Thanks for including a pic. Looks great!
Did you have to do any wrestling/cutting to make it fit? Did it come with all the hardware and the gasket/trim?

Thanks again!

I cannot say how the one you receive will fit but the two I bought were very close, a small amount of adjustment and contour adjustment will be needed. The lip will come with the basic hardware to install but no weatherstripping is included.

Sorry I do not but it is secured the same as the OEM lip with plastic clips.
