back glass water leak

Hi, i have a back glass water leak, the back glass frame have made holes in the soft top at the base, any solution?

Replacement would be the best/costliest option. You could try a black PVC sealant to try and seal the holes, or this product which is clear. Either of these is a temporary fix so start saving up for a new top.
