Is this blue a OEM paint color?

Just curious if this blue is OEM. I have never seen it before but looks similar to Suzuka

Where's the picture from?

The car isn't OEM with that hodge podge of wheels, front bumper, headlights, and windshield posts. That makes me highly suspicious of the paint.

it is such a crappy picture, it could just be a silver S2000 picking up blue hues from the inside location and poor picture quality.
