CR Replica Lip fitment and how to make it better?-cawdhddl.jpg

Any ideas on how to make the CR lip fit better to the bumper? I've got some panel gaping going on here. The rubber weather strip is on it's way but it will still leave a gap even with it on. Thoughts?

I left the heatgun on for about 20 minutes yesterday but it hardly moved.

It looks like it was over-trimmed in some areas. Maybe trimming the areas next to them would make it more flush.

Could be a case and I may resort to it if more heatgun doesn't do the trick.

I hit it with the heat gun again for an additional 30 minutes and it went in a few more mm's after a lot of pushing and pressing inwards. I'm beginning to think I'm just going to need a hot day to really shape it.
