Hood & Trunk damage

Hood & Trunk damage
Unfortunately my cars exterior was damaged from the city dropping electrical equipment. Looking to fix my car before I sell it. First concern is the resale value being affected when VINs don’t match. Mind you I bought the car with the left fender and both bumpers having no VINs. At this point the trunk and hood will also not match and just be empty. I got a quote from the shop and they’re saying they’d have to replace the parts and couldn’t fix them. Any suggestions?
Second matter of business is that I believe my car was repainted before I purchased and only noticed it after someone spotted “Apple pits” or Apple cores in my paint. Anyways if I replace the parts they might not match. What would be the best move here? I’m looking to sell my car at the moment for another daily, will be back in an S at some point. Just looking to minimize any losses.. can post pictures if need be. Thanks!

Trunk has to be replaced but the hood is an easy repair. Hammer and Dolly for the ones accessible from the bottom side and body filler for the rest, and obviously repaint for the top side only.

I don’t want to put in $600/700 if it won’t do much for the price. Considering the trunk VIN will not be the same. However I have proof and pictures of the City’s truck with parts that damaged my vehicle, so at least there’s that.
Also the shop mentioned theyd they’d have to replace my hood and couldn’t repair it since it was aluminum..

Since you're missing a couple of VIN stickers already, one or two more missing won't impact the resale value much/if any.
You'll have an easier time selling it and get more $ if you fix the current damage versus leaving it damaged.
The cheapest repair would be to find a second hand silverstone trunk and repair the hood and paint only the topside.

Might be more difficult than you think to repair the aluminum hood, would be less expensive to buy a used clean hood and repaint if needed. Good luck with the repairs, really sucks!

For everyone else above thanks for the suggestions, I figured that in the back of my head but helps to have some backup in deciding! I will bite the bullet on a new trunk soon and attempt to get a quote near my new home for the hood repair if at all possible. Otherwise will try to get a new hood too.
Cheers
