Add up the parts prices, double it to cover labor, and throw in $1000 for paint and it will get you close.

just the front bumper and lip shouldnt cost $1,000 to paint....maybe half that or a little more than half.

Am I missing something here?

It looks like it's not just the front bumper, lip and fender that needs work here... Doesn't the first photo show a broken steel frame? That doesn't look inexpensive to solve...

I'm not going to research and add up the parts for the OP, but my "off the cuff" guess? $4K-$5K

The more I stare at these photos, the more damage I see...

At a shop? Probably around $4k. Yeah.

The diy route would be to buy used control arms, mount them. Not that hard. Probably around $150 for parts.

Next find a shop willing to do the paint work. Buy the fender and bumber from an online Honda dealer, like Majestic. Bring fender and bumber to shop to have edges painted first. Then mount and fit them. Then bring car to shop to final paint.

Probably around $650 in parts, and about $1,200 for paint work.

So total around $2k diy, vs twice that for shop. Total SWAG of course...
