Default OEM Hardtop End Cap

Hi All,

Having received my OEM hardtop after 3 months of waiting, I am missing a rub er end cap as seen in the attached photo, it is at the lower corner right behind the door. If anyone can figure out what the part number is, I would truly appreciate it. It does not appear on any part list or the diagrams, to my tires eyes anyways.

Thanking you in advance for your help.

The part comes with the interior plastic panel it can't be purchased separately, and the panel is no longer sold by Honda. I had one when I had my hardtop by purchasing a spare interior panel that was the only way to get one.

Not the answer you are looking for, BUT what about just making one out of moldable rubber? Like Sugru or something (provided that you cannot obtain this piece you are in need of).

That is terrible news indeed, especially knowing how expensive these interior panes have become! I will try find alternative options, what about rubber small table legs that can be cut to fit? Just thinking loud.

It is a pretty thin piece of rubber, kind of 3 sided, and it has a nub on the bottom of it that inserts through a hole on the plastic panel, and it has some adhesive on it too. It is not uncommon for them to come loose and get lost, people must drag the hardtops on the ground when they remove them from the car and it likely pops off. I would describe it almost like a chair shape.

I could not agree more, certainly an odd one and give that they do in fact come off, I am surprised there is no part number for it? Are we absolutely sure that there is not a unique part number?
