Default Rear Clip Replacement, Nope...

I wrecked my S2000 a week ago and got an estimate on parts they are trying to charge me about 5k in parts and 5k in labor. It was mentioned to me here that it would probably be cheaper to just get a rear clip and so I started to search for these and yes they are far cheaper than replacing every part. I have found many of them starting at $500 up to $2000 for what looks like a pristine rear clip from pictures. However I have called around to almost every body shop around me and not a single one even know what a rear clip is let alone if they could tackle the task of doing it. Am I calling the wrong people to get this job done? I live in Colorado just north of Denver, if anyone knows a good repair shop that has some actual knowledge about car repair please point me in the right direction.

Might try asking in the Rocky Mountain Owners section.
