Touch up paint for laguna blue pearl

I searched Dr Color Chip and no results for B-545P or Laguna Blue. Anyone have experience with other brands of touch up paint?
I have a few rock chips I want to cover up.

Anybody? I found some touch up paint at a Honda dealer, part number:

08703-B545PAH-A1

But it says it doesnt work on 2007? only 2008 and 2009? What's the difference?

They have the color you need.
