I’m sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I was wondering you guys can give me some advice/guidance on this 2004 S2000 I am looking at?

These are a few photos of the underbody, what are your thoughts? Does this seem to be in good shape for a 2004 model? Any concerns based off the photos?

The specific parts you pictured look fine.
This makes it likely the whole car is probably fine.
But you can only be 100% sure if you look over the entire underbody.

 

Depending on mileage, location, and asking price. Not sure I can grade this any higher than D but my only reference is my 60K '06 which I self-grade as B, it ain't mint. Probably rank at least C maybe B in the UK but not here.

A good clean and wire brush,with a painting will bring back fresh
