Hey guys!! So I recently saw a deal on Facebook Marketplace... Shine Auto Fiberglass! Not carbon fiber.
voltex Bumper and skirts both in the box NEW! never seen outside the bubble wrapp! Both for 1300 bucks!
So my question is this!
How dI'd yall guys mount that bumper/lip? I seen some images on Google but quality was trash! I want to see what yall did to brace it better? What areas? Which way did yall install it? Both together then on? Half bottom first then the top? I don't want to just slap it on like a oem bumper without protection or strength.
If you have pictures which way looks cooler? I'm a nfr ap1! And man I think ima do that bottom half black! My tops black!
Anyways is there any do and donts? How did yall guys mount it to the fenders I'm scared shitless to tighten it with oem bolts to the fender like the typical fender 10mm bolts what if it digs in too deep and later causes a Crack to form?
Those tiny tabs that come in a bag that you bend to hold the mesh have to be placed onto the bumper they werent from shine. I seen a video where somone on another car glued those with hot glue. Do yall think thats smart on fiberglass?
Is there any modifications on the s2k what so ever I need to do before installing it?

Now with the skirts.
I don't want these to go on my cars sides and scratch the paint over time and leaves that outline shape of the skirts from rubbing against the car over time. Is there a material or way around that possible lay some sort of gasket behind the skirts to stop contact from the paint along the edges of the skirts?
