Hello so recently someone keyed my car and I figured I might wanna fix all of that damage as well as some previous damage. Unfortunately the price is way too high in terms of the previous damage. Say I were to wrap the car, Would I still see ....for example a fingernail thin line going through the wrap?
To simplify Will I see scratches through a wrap?

Also is there some temporary fix? ie putty to fill the scratches?

Does your finger nail catch the key line? if so, you may need to either wet-sand/sand it down before wrapping it.

it should not show up in the wrap but take a test piece and try it.

Car Analogy

A little bit of red putty, a little bit of wet sanding, and the wrap won't show it through...
