150,000 miles... and it's beginning to show.
I have a 2001, Silverstone with red interior. Recently passed the 150k mark. It's my daily driver, I take care of it and it is still a beautiful car. Never the most comfortable ride but now bumps seem to really rattle the car. Used to feel tight, now it feels both harsh and loose.
Any suggestions as to what can be done? All input is appreciated!

Where is the noise coming from? If inside the cabin, check the common things first. Like the strikers on the soft top. Sometimes those can start rattling..? Or the heat shield, etc.

It's easy to generalize about the rattles and squeaks the car has, but each noise has a source and a solution. I have had several rattles over the years, and each time I was able to pinpoint the problem and correct it. Among my rattle/squeak/buzz issues:
Strikers on the ragtop and hardtop - it wasn't bad, but you could tell when you hit a bump. To determine the cause, I stuck a small patch of rubber from a bike inner tube in the strikers, and the rattle went away. Not a permanent fix, but it identifies the source and buys you time.
A-pillar rattle, coming from an aftermarket cover with gauge pods. I just tighten up the fasteners.
Passenger seat belt - sometimes it rattles or buzzes, requiring me to reposition it or twist it.
An empty soda can will make an annoying buzz. Loose things anywhere in your car, especially anything hanging from your visors can make lots of noise.
Occasionally I get a squeak from the driver's seat belt at the seat guide behind your left shoulder. That's an easy fix and there have been plenty of discussions here about this.
I have a hardtop, and occasionally I have to re-apply Shin-Etsu grease on the seals to prevent them from squeaking. The OEM hardtop makes the ride much quieter, so any other rattles become more noticeable but easier to pinpoint.
Right now I have 297,000 miles on my '03 and it feels as tight and quiet as when I bought it new.

New struts and springs? Check your bushings.
Another possibility: New shocks.
