I agree, new struts and bushings. Also you've gotten use to the current struts and bushings, once you replace them you'll feel the difference.

To be more specific, the car doesn't dive or bounce... If I had to describe it in a sentence, the ride feels as if all the nuts and bolts on the car have loosened up. Road imperfections rattle the car.
you kinda answered your own question. Go around with your phillips, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm ratchets and retorque your trim piece bolts etc. to spec.

I can say that when i replaced every single suspension bushing on my 2000 civic it felt new again (shocks had already been done).
