Default 18in Wheels & N+ Suspension & No Fender Rolling?

I have an 03S, I just bought Buddy Club N+ and am looking to purchase 18in rims ASAP. I want to stay 18s b/c I recently bought 2 new 18 255 nittos for the rears for my current 18s which are the wrong offset (45) for what I am looking to do with the car stance wise. Which leads me to the question, will I need to roll my fenders for a 18in rim with 255s to sit flush with the wheel well? I would like the tires to sit flush with the wheel well without rolling my fenders if I can since I recently had the car repainted Black Cherry. Can you all give me your input on what offset I will need to accompish my goal? Any Suggestions you have for nice wheels in the $200-$400/ea price range I am open to hear as well. I like the Rota G Force and SVN as well as SSR Type F and Type Cs, but I dont think the offset is right for them...I have looked at Volk Work and Rays, but they all seem to be way out of my price range at the moment...

Thanks for your help and suggestions!

+45 will get you flush with the fender on 255's but you will need to roll your fenders. You may be able to get away with +48 and no fender roll but not too sure. Can I ask why you're so against rolling the fenders?

I rolled them! I didnt want to at first because I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to get them rolled before the car was painted and didnt want to risk messing up the paintjob after the fact. We had someone come to the shop and roll them and from what I understand they came out great and they did front and rears for only $200!

With rolling my fenders can I get a lower offset? I either want the wheels to sit flush or be tucked...Car just got painted black cherry and I am thinking I want a gunmetal wheel with a nice size lip. Any Suggestions?
