350z rear brakes

All 350Z parking brakes are in the drum...not the caliper, as far as I can tell.
Your S2000 spindle/hub doesnt have those provisions.
That's the big reason companies aren't using 350Z/STi/EVO/etc brembos or larger sliding calipers from other cars for a cheap rear upgrade.
How does the NSX parking brake work? If its in the caliper...maybe NSX rear rotors and calipers are a cheap/easy upgrade.
Edit: it looks like NSX's have calipers with integrated parking brakes. And (relatively) bigass vented rotors.

The link shows a price of $1145. Not really that outrageous if you actually need a solution.
Or...maybe adapt a 350Z setup and use a line locking system as a parking brake? Can you 3D model your own parts. There are free (legal) CAD programs out there.
